My mother's side of the family came over today to celebrate my birthday. It's crazy that I'm turning 20 next week. I love this picture of these delicious cookies my cousin made; it looks like it came from a cooking magazine.
I went into Boston with some friends tonight. We intended to go to a Lonely Island signing, but the line was ridiculously long, so instead we just walked around. It was my first time using my new camera at night in the city, but I got some good shots, like the one above of the Custom House Tower.
Finally, something different. This was an old, warped tree on a little beach cove in Onset. I got some nice shots of the typical scenery, but this tree stuck out more. It was too cold to be at the beach, but I'm glad I went.
I was hoping for something other than another band picture, but here's one of Diecast. I interviewed and photographed them at Band Stand Live in Taunton. They're nice dudes and it was a good show. Check out the rest of the pictures here.
I curse my affinity for photography, for it has left me with thousands of images carrying your plague; as if my memory, constantly replaying our past, wasn't enough to haunt me.
I'm 20 years old and have lived in Massachusetts all of my life. My life pretty much consists of music, horror movies, computers, and photography. I'm straight edge and proud.
